- Zoltan worked in my team and helped drive multiple Private Network initiatives. He embarked on a bold journey to drive execution & strategy, and came up with unique ways to build the technical product and systems architecture. He became a SAFe Agile expert in a short time, and created/ mentored the team to drive various product development tasks with his critical thinking skills. He was instrumental in creating multiple product releases for Private networks, and helped create unique solutions to solve multiple customer challenges. Zoltan is a solid addition to new product initiatives, eager to learn, becoming a SME in a short period of time, and is pleasant to work with. I am excited to see what he launches, and wish him all the best in his endeavors.
- I had a great opportunity to associate with Zoltan as our times crossed together over multiple years at Verizon in developing LTE and 5G private networks. I found Zoltan as one exceptional and an outstanding individual well rounded in all the various facets that make up to being a Professional par excellence. In my association with him,
I found him incredibly sharp in managing complex situations and issues without getting drawn into controversies. When it came to technical work as a systems architect and product lead, his work would always be thorough and comprehensive from all angles while taking into consideration the interests of all the stakeholders starting from business development group to all cross functional development teams and to the teams deploying the product commercially. It is only that one has to peep in at depth to find that he has addressed matters that has far reaching implications and consequences well in advance. I found him to be a true and a consummate Technical Leader.

- As a director of business development and E2E solutions responsible for the North American market, I have been working extensively with Zoltan, who supported all wireless core and IMS pre-sales activities. He demonstrated deep outstanding knowledge of these products, and has always gone above and beyond of his direct responsibilities. Can’t do, don’t know, or too busy has never been his response.
